About the Event
Early bird deadline is October 21. The cost is $65/per student. An additional $10 to help with the cost of gas and breakfast on Saturday morning. Pre-ordered tshirts are $15. After 10/21 the costs increases to $85 so REGISTER NOW! Our itinerary for the weekend is as follows:
Friday, November 22
Meet at COTR 12pm
Depart COTR 12:30pm
Registration 12-2pm
First Session 2:30pm
Dinner (fast food meal) 5pm-7pm
Doors open(Session 2) 7pm
Concert 9pm
Return to COTR at 11pm for overnight stay at the church.
Lights Out 12am
Saturday, November 23
Doors Open(Session 3) 8:00am
Lunch (fast food meal) 11:00am-1:30pm
Workshops 1:45pm-2:30pm
Doors open(Session 4) 1:45pm-2:30pm
